Because our sweaters are made to order, we generally ship about 7 days from the day you placed your order.

How it’s made
Our knitting machines in Brooklyn construct the entire garment in one complete piece.
Because we knit to order, it does take a few extra days between when you place an order and it’s ready to ship. Here’s how it works:

You order,
We receive and review your order, and we’ll get in touch if we have any questions for you.

we knit,
We select your yarn, thread the machines, and knit your sweater from hem to collar.

finish,
We add the finishing touches. Our team checks for a perfect knit, adds labels, and packs your sweater.

& ship!
We ship your new sweater with UPS and it will usually arrive within 7-10 days from when you placed your order.

No cutting, no sewing, no waste. Seamless construction provides the highest quality, durability, comfort and functionality.
About your new sweater
Some pilling or felting may occur with regular wear. You can tidy up your sweater with a fabric shaver, but be very careful around the edges and design details, catching functional threads may cause the knit to unwind.
Because these are knit to order, we avoid over-producing and wasting excess inventory. These are made in the USA, and ship domestically from our knitting factory in Brooklyn.
Because these are knit just for you, we cannot accept full returns at this time. However, we will gladly knit you a new size in exchange for your original. Contact us to get your exchange started.
